MTA Announces Launch of iTunes Medical Tourism Channel

As part of the commitment to education the MTA, has launched a channel on iTunes and has released its exclusive interviews, podcasts, and webinars in order to provide accurate information to people interested in learning more about this industry.

With over 160 million iTunes users across the globe, this new channel provides much greater exposure to the world about medical tourism. On initial launch of some of our first podcasts we had thousands of new listeners. We are committed to using the most cutting edge and modern media tools to get to the right audience, and iTunes is the answer, said Jonathan Edelheit, CEO of the Medical Tourism Association.’

The Medical Tourism Association also referred to as Medical Travel Association, is the first membership based international non-profit trade association for the medical tourism and global healthcare industry made up of the top international hospitals, healthcare providers, medical travel facilitators, insurance companies, and other affiliated companies and members with the common goal of promoting the highest level of quality of healthcare to patients in a global environment.


Our Association promotes the interests of its healthcare provider and medical tourism facilitator members. The Medical Tourism Association has three tenets: Transparency in Quality and Pricing, Communication and Education.
