Dr. Yakov is the President of the Russian Medical Association which enables Russian-American physicians and other health care professionals to excel in patient care, teaching and research. Yakov will be speaking at the the 4th World Medical Tourism Congress where he will share his vision about promoting professional solidarity in the pursuit of excellence in patient care, teaching and research. He also facilitates patient referrals between Russian and American Doctors through cross-boarder collaboration.
This year's theme is Patient in Emerging Markets will focus on some of the upcoming largest growth areas of Medical Tourism in Russia, Ukraine, CIS Countries, China, Japan, the Middle East, GCC regions and Africa. The conference will have a strong focus on attracting buyers of healthcare in these emerging regions.
